SPRING EDITION
A Message from the Board of Trustees
Dear Members,
As the days grow longer and nature blossoms anew, we are excited to bring you the latest updates on your employee benefits. Spring is the perfect time for a fresh start, and we are here to help you make the most of your benefits.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month in Canada, a time dedicated to building understanding, promoting resilience, and highlighting the significance of mental well-being for all Canadians. Mental health, frequently misunderstood and stigmatized, is a crucial aspect of our overall health. It is vital to recognize that mental health impacts everyone, regardless of age, background, or status, and to break down the barriers and stereotypes that prevent individuals from seeking the support they need.
In this edition, you will find important information about mental health coverage, resources and reminders about your benefits. As always, we are here to support you. If you have any questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you a healthy, fulfilling spring ahead!
Sincerely,
Steve Foffano, Chairman
