Important Things to Know
Visual aids, including specialized glasses, magnifiers, and other optical aids, may be eligible under the provincial Assistive Devices Program (ADP) for those who qualify. Be sure to check your eligibility to take advantage of this additional coverage.
If you are eligible for the Assistive Devices Program, GreenShield will require you to submit your claim there first.
If you require more than the combined Vision Care maximum, remember that glasses are an eligible expense that you can claim through your Health Care Spending Account (HCSA).
